This website is operated by Altavalor Business Solutions Private Limited ("Altavalor", "we", "us", "our"), which operates Himalayan Argali. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

General

We may refuse service, refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities, at our discretion. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page; the version in force is the one published when you make your purchase.

We aim to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of errors. Where a price, description or availability is shown incorrectly, we may correct it and cancel any affected order, refunding in full.

Payment confirms your order. Until payment is received, an order is held but not confirmed.

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its security, or scrape, copy or resell its content without our written permission.

Products

Product images are shown as accurately as we can manage; screens vary and colours may differ slightly. Made-to-order items are produced for your order and are subject to our refund policy. Shipping timelines are set out in our shipping policy.

We currently sell sports and performance equipment. We do not sell food products.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
