Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within India only.

Dispatch: within 3–4 working days of your order being confirmed. Made-to-order items may take longer; the product page states the expected time.

Delivery: normally 7–10 working days from dispatch.

Shipping charges: shown at checkout before payment. Prepaid orders above ₹4,999 ship free.

Cancellation: you may cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Tracking: we send tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Damage in transit: report within 2 working days with photographs.
